Professor Vít Ulman from Palacký University Olomouc visited our university
On November 6, 2024, Professor Vít Ulman from Palacký University Olomouc (UPOL, Czech Republic) visited our university. UPOL and our university concluded a partnership agreement in 2023. Professor Ulman belongs to the Department of Asian Studies at UPOL, and mainly conducts research and teaching activities on cultural exchange, literature and language.
During his visit, he was given a tour to Zozan dormitory and our main campus in Miwa. In addition to a meeting with President Kindaichi, Prof. Ulman delivered an introductory session for our students where he talked about studying at UPOL and the beauty and uniqueness of the city of Olomouc.
Prof. Ulman also enjoyed a tea ceremony that was hosted by our university's tea ceremony club.
Starting in April 2025, our university is expecting an exchange student from UPOL to join us and start studying at our university. We hope that the partnership between the two universities will continue to deepen in the future.
