Application Guide

How to apply

Step 1: Application documents and application guidelines will be e-maailed to the partner universities.
Step 2: The person in charge at the sending university must submit the Nomination Sheet by e-mail before the deadline.

Step 3: After sending the Nomination Sheet, the prospective student must upload the required documents to the online Application Form and submit by the deadline.

Nomination: From 7th March, 2025 to 15th April, 2025
Application: Until 30th April, 2025

Application screening

Selection will be based on a review of submitted documents. An online interview may be required.

Nomination/application schedule

・For Fall 2025 admission :
Nomination/application open --7th March 2025
Nomination deadline --15th April 2025
Application deadline --30th April

・For Spring 2026 admission:
Nomination/application open --early September
Nomination deadline --late September
Application deadline --mid-October

Important Notice

*All documents must be uploaded in either Japanese or English.
*An authorized Japanese or English translation is required if the text is not in Japanese nor English.
*INCOMPLETE applications will NOT be processed. Please fully fill in all required documents.
*Result will be announced within 4 weeks after the deadline.
