The Global Center is the contact point for study abroad support for students of the University of Nagano, as well as study and daily life support for international students.
Through partnerships with overseas universities, we promote globalization on campus by providing various international exchange opportunities, such as student exchange programs and staff exchanges.
We actively seek student exchange partnerships with foreign universities to develop further cross-cultural experiences.
We offer short-term programs, including online programs, in cooperation with partner universities and overseas universities. The programs include learning experiences that take advantage of the geographical and cultural features of Nagano Prefecture, as well as cross-cultural exchange activities.
All degree-seeking undergraduate students participate in this short-term study abroad program to learn languages and specialized fields of study on a hands-on, practical basis.
The Language Education Center provides students with language learning support.
