Students will learn a global perspective on dietary health while acquiring specialist skills and techniques related to food and the human body with a focus on nutritional science. Classes on ethics and communication skills will help students prepare for health professions using food to help enhance the health of people and their quality of life (QOL).

Course Content (example)

Health and development overview, basic nutritional science, applied nutritional science, food service management theory, public nutritional science, clinical nutritional science, nutrition educational theory, etc.
